What changed in our terms
Effective October 10, 2026
We moved US dollar payments to Stripe, so the terms now name the seller (LUDGI US, Inc.) and the merchant of record (Link), and Creem is gone. Requests are now screened by an AI model from Anthropic. The AI video studio has closed and paid courses are no longer sold. Tier benefits are now generation discounts, and the terms add monthly plans in US dollars and a checkout currency that follows your country.
If you do not accept the closing of the AI video studio or these changes, tell us by November 9, 2026. We refund the paid credits you have not used, in full.
Terms of Service
1. These terms
Before
These terms are an agreement between you and LUDGI Inc. (주식회사 럿지), a company registered in the Republic of Korea (“LUDGI”, “we”). They apply when you use www.ludgi.ai and its services.
By creating an account or buying anything, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use LUDGI.
Now
These terms are an agreement between you and LUDGI Inc. (주식회사 럿지), a company registered in the Republic of Korea (“LUDGI”, “we”). They apply when you use www.ludgi.ai and its services.
Credits you buy in US dollars through Link are sold to you by LUDGI US, Inc., our affiliate incorporated in Delaware, United States (“LUDGI US”). For those purchases, LUDGI US is the seller and LUDGI provides the service you use the credits on; section 5 explains how they are paid for.
By creating an account or buying anything, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use LUDGI.
3. What LUDGI provides
Before
- Motion graphics studio: you describe a film in writing, add material if you like, and the AI makes it.
- AI studio: video and image generation with third-party models.
- Courses and the prompt library. Courses are taught in Korean.
LUDGI uses AI models from other companies (for example Anthropic, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs and Google). When their terms, prices or availability change, the features we offer and the credits they cost may change too. We announce such changes on the site.
LUDGI is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the makers of the AI models it lets you use (for example Kling, Seedance or Hailuo), and their names and trademarks belong to them. We show a model's name only to tell you which model makes your result.
We may pause the service for maintenance or when a provider, network or data centre fails. We may change or end free features at any time. If we end a paid service, we give at least 30 days' notice and refund what is left under our Refund Policy.

4. Credits
Before
- Credits are prepaid units for generations in the motion graphics studio and the AI studio.
- Every request shows its price in credits before you confirm it. The credits are held when you confirm and come back automatically if the generation fails or is refused by our content rules.
- Paid credits stay usable for 1 year from purchase; credits bought before these terms took effect keep the 5 years promised then. We remind you 30 and 7 days before paid credits expire. Bonus and gift credits follow the terms shown when you got them.
- Gift credits are used first. After them, credits are used in order of expiry; with the same expiry, bonus credits go before paid ones, then the oldest first.
- Credits have no cash value outside LUDGI. They cannot be exchanged for money, except through a refund under our Refund Policy, and cannot be moved to another account.
- We may remove credits or benefits obtained by fraud or abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds.

4a. Membership tiers
Before
- Your tier follows your experience points (XP). Every payment adds XP: 1 XP per Korean won paid, and 100 XP per US$0.10 for USD payments, for courses, credits and anything else you buy. Check-ins and finished lessons add a little too, up to a monthly limit. A refund removes the XP its payment added.
- A tier opens that tier's courses at no extra charge and lowers what generations cost in the motion graphics studio and the AI studio: Silver 3%, Gold 5%, Platinum 7%, Master 10%. The benefits of each tier are listed on the site.
- If a refund lowers your XP below your tier, that tier's courses and discount end with it.
- We announce changes to tiers or their benefits on the site at least 7 days ahead (30 days if they are less favourable to you). A tier you have reached is not lowered by a change of its threshold.

5. Prices and payment
Before
- Prices are shown before you pay, exactly as the checkout will charge them. We never show converted or estimated prices.
- In Korean won (KRW): payments go through Toss Payments on our Korean checkout. Prices include Korean VAT. Cards issued outside Korea may not be accepted.
- In US dollars (USD): payments go through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, creem.io), which sells the credits to you as the merchant of record and handles sales tax or VAT. Taxes are added at checkout, and the charge appears on your statement as “CREEM.IO* STORE”. Creem's own terms apply to that payment, including its right to refund a payment itself.
- Use only payment methods you are allowed to use.
Now
- Prices are shown before you pay. On our pages, a price is shown only in the currency it is sold in (KRW or USD), never converted or estimated.
- The site first shows prices in Korean won to visitors in Korea and in US dollars to everyone else, based on the country your connection comes from. You can switch to the other currency. Monthly plans are sold in US dollars only.
- In Korean won (KRW): payments go through Toss Payments on our Korean checkout. Prices include Korean VAT. Cards issued outside Korea may not be accepted.
- In US dollars (USD): LUDGI US sells the credits, and Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company (“Link”), processes the payment as the merchant of record. Link runs the checkout, charges you, sends your receipt, calculates, collects and remits sales tax, VAT or GST, and handles questions and disputes about the payment. Taxes are added at checkout, and the charge appears on your statement under a name starting with “LINK.COM*” (for example “LINK.COM* LUDGI”). Link's terms and refund policy also apply to that payment, including Link's right to refund a purchase itself.
- Before a USD checkout opens, you agree that LUDGI US sells and Link processes the payment, and that the details in our Privacy Policy are shared with them in the United States for it. Without that agreement you cannot pay in US dollars, but you can still pay in Korean won.
- Link's checkout may offer to charge a USD price in the currency of your country. If it does, it shows the converted amount and the exchange rate before you pay.
- Use only payment methods you are allowed to use.
5a. Monthly plans
Before
New section.
Now
- A monthly plan gives you a set number of credits every month. Plans are sold in US dollars by LUDGI US through Link (section 5). Before you subscribe, the pricing page and Link's checkout show each plan's monthly price (tax is added at checkout), the credits it gives each month, that it renews automatically, and how to cancel.
- Your plan renews automatically every month, on the day you subscribed, at the same price, until you cancel. We add the month's credits once its payment goes through.
- A month's credits stay usable until one month after that month ends; then they expire. Credits are used in the order set out in section 4, and credits you buy separately keep their own expiry whatever happens to your plan.
- You can cancel at any time on My credits or on Link (link.com). Cancelling stops the next renewal: your plan and the credits you already have keep working until the end of the month you paid for, and until then you can undo the cancellation.
- If a renewal payment fails, Link tries again. No credits are added for a month that is not paid, and the plan ends if the payment keeps failing.
- If we raise a plan's price or reduce its monthly credits, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the first payment at the new terms, and renew at the new terms only if you agree. If you do not, your plan ends before that payment.
- Refunds of plan payments follow our Refund Policy. Cancelling does not refund the month you already paid for.
6. Refunds
Before
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: unused USD credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; KRW purchases follow the Korean rules; a course follows the Korean refund rules on its course page; and credits for a failed generation come back automatically.
Now

7. Courses
Before
- Courses are taught in Korean, with Korean subtitles. You confirm this before you pay.
- Access, previews and refunds follow the Korean refund rules on each course page.
- Course videos and materials are for your own learning. Do not record, copy, share or publish them, and do not share your access.
Now
- Course videos in the classroom are free. They are taught in Korean. We no longer sell paid courses.
- A paid course bought before October 10, 2026 keeps the access and refund rules that its course page showed when you bought it.
- Course videos and materials are for your own learning. Do not record, copy, share or publish them, and do not share your access.
9. Acceptable use
Before
Do not use LUDGI to:
- make or request sexual, explicit or sexually suggestive content of any kind (nudity, sexual acts, erotic or fetish content), whether it shows real or imaginary people. LUDGI is not an adult or “uncensored” service;
- make deepfakes: put a real person's face, body or voice into a result, or make a result look like a real person, without that person's permission, or in a way that could deceive anyone about who is shown or what they did;
- break the law, or make or request sexual content involving minors, impersonation, harassment, hate or incitement to violence;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, personality rights or privacy;
- get around our safety measures, our content screening or those of the AI providers (for example by rewording a refused request);
- send automated bulk requests, reverse engineer, attack or disrupt the service;
- use someone else's account or payment method, or obtain credits or benefits by fraud.
We screen what you write before anything is generated, through a content safety service (Creem's Moderation API), and refuse requests that break these rules; a refused request uses no credits. Repeated attempts can lead to suspension (section 10). LUDGI offers no tool that replaces a person's face or identity with someone else's.

1. What this policy covers
Before
This policy explains refunds for what you buy on www.ludgi.ai from LUDGI Inc. (주식회사 럿지), a company in the Republic of Korea: credits for the motion graphics studio and the AI studio, and courses. How you paid decides which rules apply:
- In Korean won (KRW) through our Korean checkout (Toss Payments): the Korean refund policy and Korean consumer law apply. We summarise them below; for these purchases the Korean policy governs.
- In US dollars (USD) through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, creem.io): the USD rules below apply. Creem is the merchant of record for those purchases: it appears on your statement as “CREEM.IO* STORE”, and it sends the refund.

2. Credits
Before
Credits bought in USD
- Within 14 days of purchase, we refund the paid credits you have not used, in full.
- After 14 days, purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
- Bonus credits have no cash value. They are not refunded, and they are removed when the purchase they came with is refunded.
- Creem, as merchant of record, may also refund a USD purchase itself under its own policies (for example within 60 days of purchase, or when a support request goes unanswered). A refund, a partial refund or a chargeback removes the matching share of that purchase's credits, bonus included.
Credits bought in KRW
- Within 7 days of purchase, a top-up you have not used at all is refunded in full.
- After that, or once you have used part of it, unused paid credits can still be refunded, minus 10% for payment fees and costs.
- Bonus credits are not refunded and are removed when their top-up is refunded.
All credits
- Paid credits stay usable for 1 year from purchase (credits bought before this policy took effect: 5 years). We remind you 30 and 7 days before they expire. Paid KRW credits that expired unused can still be refunded within 5 years of payment, worked out as above (minus 10%).
- Gift credits that come with a course pre-sale last 6 months, are used first and have no cash value. If the course is refunded, unused gift credits are removed and the ones you used are deducted from the course refund at ₩100 each.
- After gift credits, credits count as used in order of expiry; with the same expiry, bonus credits go before paid ones, then the oldest first.
- A refund also removes the XP its payment added. If that lowers your tier, the tier's benefits (its courses and generation discount) end with it.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.

- Link, as merchant of record, may also refund a USD purchase itself under its own refund policy, for example within 60 days of purchase when you did not receive what you bought or it is significantly not as described. Where Link's policy gives you more than this one, Link's policy applies.
- A refund, a partial refund or a chargeback removes the matching share of that purchase's credits, bonus included. A refund includes the tax you paid on the refunded amount.
Credits bought in KRW

2a. Monthly plans
Before
New section.
Now
- Within 14 days of a month's payment, we refund the credits of that month you have not used, in full (that share of the payment).
- After 14 days, a month's payment is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
- Cancelling stops future payments. It does not refund the month you already paid for, and you keep that month's credits until they expire. Plan credits that have expired are not refunded.
- Link may also refund a month itself under its own refund policy, as for credits bought in USD (section 2). A refund, a partial refund or a chargeback of a month removes the matching share of that month's credits.
4. Courses
Before
Our courses are taught in Korean and sold in KRW through the Korean checkout. Each course's Korean refund policy, shown on its course page, governs. In short:
- Within 7 days of payment, if you have not played any lesson: a full refund. Watching free previews does not count.
- Otherwise, a refund for the lessons you have not played, if you ask within 1 year of payment.
- Gift credits you used are deducted at ₩100 each, except when the course was not as described or we stopped providing it.
- If a course is not as described, you can cancel for a full refund within 3 months of getting access, or within 30 days of noticing.
- A refunded course closes in your classroom.
Now
We no longer sell paid courses. A course bought earlier (taught in Korean and sold in KRW through the Korean checkout) keeps the Korean refund policy its course page showed when you bought it, which governs.
